This policy concerns the processing of personal data that takes place through our website, in IT systems and subordinates, regardless of whether it is on mobile devices or computers. Services on our website that handle cookies and other personal information

We primarily use SharpSpring for the mangement and storage of personal data. Personal data consists primarily of the information you choose to send to us, for example through a contact form or when applying for a service. Your contact information may be used to share information about our services or other information that we believe may be of interest to you. We use Google Analytics and Hotjar with the purpose was to improve the user experience. Apart from IP address, the information that Google Analytics collects is mostly anonymous traffic data such as browser information, device and language. In order to streamline our communication through social media, we use LinkedIn Insights and Facebook Pixel, which also store cookies.

From which other sources do we collect your personal information?

The personal data we process is obtained from you and does not originate from publicly available sources. Sista Raden also collects information that you share with us, for example through feedback or other interaction in our channels such as via e-mail or telephone.

Purpose and legal basis with Sista Raden's personal data processing

We process personal data based on three legal bases; through consent, balancing of interests and in order to fulfill our agreements. The treatment is furthermore necessary for Sista Raden’s legitimate purposes to contact you and correspond with you when you contact the company via various communication channels such as by e-mail or telephone.

Who can we share your personal information with?

Sista Raden may transfer or share your information with selected third parties. We take all reasonable legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure that your personal data is handled securely and with an adequate level of protection when transferring to or sharing with such selected third parties.

How do we protect your personal information?

Sista Raden has taken appropriate technical, organizational and administrative security measures to protect the information we have against loss, abuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Only those persons who actually need to process your personal data in order for us to fulfill our stated purposes have access to the personal data.

How long do we store your personal data?

We store your information as long as it is needed for the purposes for which it was collected and processed for or as long as required by laws and regulations. No personal data will be kept longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected.

Personal data submitted in an application, interview notes and information from references etc. are deleted when the recruitment process has been completed. Sista Raden may however preserve the personal data as long as the job applicant has the opportunity to appeal the employment decision. Scraping of all personal data relating to job seekers who have not received the advertised service is wiped out within 30 months after the end of the recruitment process. E-mails regarding questions about Sista Raden’s workplace and other issues are scrapped within one month after the matter is considered closed. You may at any time turn to Sista Raden to request access to and to receive information about your personal data that we manage, rectify any incorrect information, request that the personal data is deleted, limit our processing of personal data and thereby request in writing that the data may not be used for the purpose of direct marketing, to rectify our use of your personal data, or request a transfer of personal data (the right of data portability).
